Are your cleaners police checked?
Yes. All our cleaners undergo a National Police check prior to employment.
Are my cleaners insured?
Yes. VP Cleaning Services has all relevant insurance policies as per Australian Standards. (Public Liability, Workers’ Compensation, among others)
Can I get a quote?
Yes. We provide no obligation free on-site quotes.
Do I need to sign a contract?
We might require written contracts for jobs over $50,000 per annum.
What if I cancel my service?
You can cancel your service any time, simply phone 0424 524 164 or email violetapavleskacleaning@gmail.com.
All cancellations must be made at least one business day prior to the service.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled clean may incur a fee.
When do I pay for the service?
Strata, office, and RSL services are billed monthly, and are payable within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
Builder’s clean will be invoiced after completion of job and are payable within 7 days.
